Talent Resourcer – Corporate Functions
Location: City of London (Hybrid)
Contract: 6–12 Months
Day Rate: £300 per day (Inside IR35)
Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced Talent Resourcer to support recruitment across Corporate Functions. This role will focus on attracting, engaging, and delivering high-quality talent across key business functions while partnering closely with internal stakeholders to manage recruitment activity effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound hiring requirements across Corporate Functions.
- Source, screen, and engage candidates for permanent and contract opportunities.
- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand role requirements and recruitment priorities.
- Manage end-to-end resourcing activity and job flow across multiple vacancies.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain a positive candidate experience.
- Build talent pipelines for current and future corporate hiring needs.
- Provide regular recruitment updates and market insights to stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment records within internal systems.
- Support hiring campaigns and workforce planning initiatives.

Required Experience
- Proven experience working as a Talent Resourcer, Recruitment Consultant, or Talent Acquisition specialist.
- Experience recruiting across Corporate Functions, including:
- Human Resources
- Finance
- Legal
- Procurement
- Marketing
- Operations
- Compliance & Risk
- Executive Support
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to build effective relationships.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent recruitment requirements.
- Strong candidate sourcing and screening capability.

Desirable Experience
- Experience recruiting within a financial services, professional services, or corporate environment.
- Previous in-house Talent Acquisition experience.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment reporting.
