Talent Acquisition Partner
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000

The Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join a fast-paced and growing hospitality business on an ongoing temporary basis. This is an exciting opportunity for a recruitment professional who thrives in a high-volume environment and can deliver exceptional hiring outcomes across a diverse range of hospitality functions. The successful candidate will partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to attract, engage and secure top talent while ensuring a first-class candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across corporate and operational hospitality roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and recruitment strategies.
- Source, screen and assess candidates using a variety of channels including LinkedIn, job boards and referrals.
- Conduct competency-based interviews and provide hiring recommendations.
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records within the ATS.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate and manage offer processes, onboarding and pre-employment checks.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring updates to stakeholders.
- Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
- Ensure recruitment activity is compliant with company policies and employment legislation.

About You:
- Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, Internal Recruitment or Recruitment Business Partnering.
- Previous hospitality, leisure, retail or customer-facing sector recruitment experience is highly desirable.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Confident sourcing passive candidates through direct search techniques.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
