Who we are

We are an energy trading company generating liquidity across global commodities markets. We combine deep trading expertise with proprietary technology and the power of data science to be the best-in-class. Our understanding of volatile, data-intensive markets is a key part of our edge.

At Dare, you will be joining a team of ambitious individuals who challenge themselves and each other. We have a culture of empowering exceptional people to become the best version of themselves.

The Role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll be central to delivering to our hiring plans. You’ll own end-to-end recruiting — from intake to offer — for a range of teams, ensuring a best-in-class experience for candidates and stakeholders. You’ll report to the Talent Acquisition Manager and partner closely with hiring managers across the business.

What you’ll be doing

  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition Manager and stakeholders to define requirements through structured, insight-driven role briefs.
  • Craft compelling job briefs and align on candidate profiles and assessment criteria to attract the best talent for Dare.
  • Own 360° recruitment: strategic sourcing, outreach, screening, assessment coordination, interviewing, debriefs, offers.
  • Build and maintain strong, diverse pipelines using multiple channels.
  • Run an efficient process: conduct initial screening interviews and add structured feedback to our ATS, schedule interviews, keep candidates informed, and provide constructive feedback to unsuccessful applicants.
  • Leverage our ATS, ensuring it's continuously updated with high-quality, compliant data.
  • Track recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, pipeline conversion, interview quality/feedback, candidate experience) to drive continuous improvement.
  • Champion an exceptional candidate experience at every touchpoint.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
