We're hiring for a leading global media company specializing in Gen Z content, reaching over 200 million people worldwide through a portfolio of culturally relevant digital brands. This organization operates at the exciting intersection of entertainment, internet culture, and commercial innovation, and is now entering a significant phase of growth.
The Role
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial briefing and advertising through to offer and pre-boarding, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
- Oversee recruitment administration, including offer letter generation and maintaining the accuracy of the ATS and HR systems.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and interviews to assess suitability, and coordinate interviews across all stages of the hiring process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to align talent attraction strategies with business objectives.
- Utilize recruitment data to monitor performance, enhance pipeline quality, and improve candidate engagement and conversion rates.
- Proactively build and manage talent pipelines by sourcing and headhunting candidates through various channels, including networks, referrals, and industry contacts.
- Strengthen the employer brand through engaging social content and an active online presence that reflects company culture and highlights opportunities.

What You'll Need
- Proven experience managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from brief to offer.
- Hands-on experience in sourcing and engaging passive candidates using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business priorities into effective attraction activities.
- Experience in creating or contributing to recruitment content and understanding how social media attracts talent.
- Demonstrated commitment to embedding inclusive practices in attraction and recruitment activities.
- Comfort in using recruitment data to analyze performance and advocate for improvements.
- A strong focus on candidate experience, with excellent communication and candidate management instincts.
- Proficiency in leveraging AI tools to enhance efficiency in tasks such as drafting job adverts, summarizing CVs, and conducting market research.
