We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People Team and play a key role in attracting, engaging and hiring exceptional talent across both academic and professional services functions.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruiter who enjoys building strong stakeholder relationships, sourcing high-quality candidates and delivering a professional candidate experience from initial briefing through to onboarding.

The Role
As Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will manage end-to-end recruitment campaigns across a varied portfolio of roles, partnering with hiring managers to identify talent needs and deliver effective hiring solutions. You'll use your sourcing expertise, recruitment knowledge and relationship-building skills to attract talented individuals who will contribute to QAHE's continued success.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy briefing to offer stage
- Writing engaging and inclusive job adverts
- Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, social media and direct search techniques
- Screening and assessing candidates against role requirements
- Managing interviews and ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Advising managers on attraction strategies, market conditions and recruitment best practice
- Supporting offer management and onboarding handovers
- Maintaining accurate records within the Applicant Tracking System
- Ensuring all recruitment activity is fair, inclusive and compliant.

About You
You'll be a proactive recruitment professional with:
- Experience delivering end-to-end recruitment campaigns
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn and direct search methods
- A track record of managing multiple vacancies simultaneously
- Experience writing compelling recruitment adverts
- Knowledge of UK recruitment compliance and right-to-work requirements
- A strong focus on candidate experience and service delivery
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
Experience gained in an internal Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Resourcing or Agency environment is welcomed, ideally within education. Experience using Eploy would be advantageous but is not essential.
