Talent Resourcer – Technology Recruitment Location: City of London (Hybrid) Contract: 6–12 Months Day Rate: £300 per day (Inside IR35)

Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced Talent Resourcer with a strong background in technology recruitment to support a busy internal Talent Acquisition function. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing hiring demand across a range of technology disciplines, partnering closely with hiring managers and ensuring a first-class candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound recruitment requirements across multiple technology teams.
  • Source and identify high-quality technology candidates through various channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals and talent pipelines.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and priorities.
  • Manage vacancy flow and recruitment activity across multiple open roles.
  • Conduct candidate screening and qualification calls.
  • Coordinate interview processes and maintain regular communication with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain talent pools for future technology hiring needs.
  • Ensure recruitment data, candidate records and hiring activity are accurately maintained within the ATS.
  • Provide market insights and support hiring managers with talent availability and attraction strategies.

Required Experience

  • Proven experience as a Talent Resourcer, Recruitment Coordinator or Talent Acquisition specialist.
  • Previous experience recruiting within technology functions.
  • Experience sourcing technical professionals across areas such as:
    • Software Engineering
    • Data & Analytics
    • Cloud & Infrastructure
    • Cyber Security
    • Product & Digital
    • Technology Change & Transformation
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously within a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools.
