Role: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location: Remote
Employment Type: Full-time

Compensation: Competitive salary commensurate with experience, qualifications, and location. Indicative range: $65,000 – $95,000 (USD equivalent), plus benefits.

Role Overview

We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to source, screen, and shepherd candidates through hiring processes. The role partners with hiring managers to fill roles thoughtfully — focused on candidate experience and quality of hire.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and direct outreach
  • Run intake meetings with hiring managers to define what great looks like
  • Screen candidates and present qualified shortlists
  • Coordinate interview loops and gather structured feedback
  • Maintain ATS hygiene and report on funnel health
  • Champion candidate experience throughout the process

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 2+ years in talent acquisition or recruitment
  • Hands-on with LinkedIn Recruiter and modern ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday)
  • Strong sourcing skills, including Boolean and X-ray search
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Bias for proactive candidate engagement and white-glove experience
  • Comfort with structured interviewing and scorecard methodology
