What you'll be doing

Working closely with our experienced consultants, you'll become an expert within your specialist market, identifying outstanding candidates and matching them with exciting opportunities.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Identifying and engaging high-quality candidates across our specialist markets.
  • Conducting in-depth qualification calls to understand candidates' experience, motivations and career goals.
  • Writing compelling candidate profiles and introductions for clients.
  • Proactively sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, networking and headhunting.
  • Building and nurturing long-term relationships with candidates.
  • Managing and maintaining our CRM to ensure candidate records are always up to date.
  • Supporting consultants throughout the recruitment process and helping deliver exceptional service to both candidates and clients.
  • Becoming a trusted expert within your market and developing an understanding of the businesses and people that shape it.

About you

We're much more interested in attitude than years of experience, but ideally you'll have around a year's experience within recruitment, media or events.
