Our culture thrives on high performance, and we set the bar high for new Hueligans who join us. We invite you to read the advert below for our new Talent Acquisition Specialist position to understand the role, and explore our 7 Huel values before applying to ensure we have the right working environment for you!

The Role

Bringing in high-performing talent is critical to Huel’s next chapter of growth. We’re looking for people who can help us scale smarter, innovate faster, and make an impact across every part of the business.

As Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll bring a consultative, forward-thinking approach, ensuring Huel stays competitive in attracting the best talent.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from role approval/brief, crafting engaging, on-brand job descriptions/adverts through to screening, interviews, feedback, offer negotiation, contracts, compliance checks, and smooth onboarding
  • Partnering with hiring managers and business leaders to design tailored talent strategies aligned with Huel’s growth plans. Build strong, collaborative relationships to understand departmental needs, team dynamics, and candidate profiles.
  • Developing and executing innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract both passive and active candidates, using diverse methods such as LinkedIn, creative outreach, and proactive talent pipelining to support current needs and future international growth
  • Hiring and championing high-performing talent who not only excel in their field but also align with Huel’s culture and values, ensuring we build teams that thrive together.
  • Providing expert market insights on compensation, talent availability, competitor activity, and industry trends to inform recruitment strategies and guide stakeholders.
  • Championing candidate experience at every stage of the process, ensuring it reflects Huel’s values, brand, and commitment to talent.
  • Strengthening Huel’s employer brand by driving initiatives that enhance market presence and attract diverse, high-performing talent. Act as an ambassador, effectively communicating our unique employee value proposition.
  • Acting as a role model within the People team, supporting junior colleagues and sharing best practices.
  • Continuously improving recruitment and onboarding processes, bringing forward innovative ideas and best practices to keep Huel competitive in the talent market.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

We know diversity isn’t just important... it’s essential. It makes us stronger, sharper, and better at what we do. At Huel, we’re about people, not just sustainable nutrition - real people with different backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives.

We celebrate what makes each of us unique and we actively bring together Hueligans from all walks of life. Because whilst we share the same 7 values, it’s our differences that power our thinking, challenge our ideas, and help us build better products for a global community.

Belonging matters here. So does fairness. We want every Hueligan to have the opportunity to thrive, contribute, and be heard - no matter where they come from or what path they’ve taken to get here.

We don’t just welcome diversity of thought…we go looking for it!
