Talent Acquisition Resourcing Advisor

3 Month Rolling Contract

Remote Working (occasional on-site requirement when necessary)

£200 - £250 Per Day via Umbrella

We are seeking an experienced Talent Advisor to join our client's recruitment team, taking ownership of proactive talent acquisition across technical and specialist disciplines. This role will focus heavily on direct sourcing, headhunting, market mapping, and building talent pipelines to identify and engage high-calibre candidates for hard-to-fill positions.

Working closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders, you will act as a strategic recruitment partner, delivering exceptional talent through innovative sourcing methods while ensuring an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively source and headhunt passive candidates for technical and specialist vacancies.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, and market mapping activities.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and develop effective attraction strategies.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from vacancy briefing through to offer stage.
  • Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessments to identify the best talent.
  • Deliver market intelligence on candidate availability, salary benchmarking, and competitor activity.
  • Manage offer negotiations and successfully handle candidate counteroffers.
  • Ensure an outstanding candidate and stakeholder experience while meeting recruitment targets and SLAs.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an in-house, RPO, agency, or executive search recruitment environment.
  • Strong track record of direct sourcing, headhunting, and engaging passive candidates.
  • Experience recruiting for technical, engineering, infrastructure, or specialist professional roles.
  • Skilled in using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and CV databases to identify talent.
  • Ability to build talent pools and deliver creative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, including engagement with senior leaders.
