Interim Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Bradford – hybrid – c3 days on site
Contract: 6-month Interim Contract – could extend to 12 months
Salary: c£50k FTE

Elevation Recruitment Group are delighted to be working with a well-established, international commercial organisation to recruit an Interim Talent Acquisition Specialist for a 6-12 month assignment.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process in the UK, partnering closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to attract and secure high-quality talent.

As Interim Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for managing recruitment activity across the business, from defining role requirements through to interviews and offers. You will act as a trusted recruitment partner, providing advice and ensuring a consistently positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partnering with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to define recruitment requirements and develop engaging job descriptions.
  • Identifying the most effective recruitment channels and proactively sourcing and approaching candidates.
  • Managing candidate attraction, advertising, sourcing, managing job boards, CV screening, telephone interviews, and competency-based interviews.
  • Presenting high-quality candidates and advising stakeholders throughout the selection process.
  • Coordinating the full recruitment process through to offer and onboarding.
  • Supporting employment offer and contract negotiations.
  • Maintaining clear and regular communication with candidates to deliver an excellent candidate experience.
  • Advising the business on recruitment activity, market conditions, and talent availability.
  • Contributing to the ongoing improvement of recruitment processes and methodologies.
  • Supporting the organisation's employer brand and position within the wider talent market.

Requirements:

  • A degree-level qualification, preferably within HR, Psychology, or a related discipline.
  • 3+ years' experience within recruitment, talent acquisition, or talent sourcing.
  • Strong knowledge of current recruitment channels, sourcing methodologies, and the UK labour market.
  • Experience using Success Factors, job boards including LinkedIn RPS, and social media platforms for recruitment.
  • Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills.
  • A genuine commitment to delivering an excellent candidate experience.
