About the role
We are seeking to hire a proactive and commercially minded Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the continued growth of our global business. This role will play a key part in delivering a high-quality, scalable recruitment experience across a fast-paced, private equity-backed environment.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will partner closely with hiring managers across multiple functions to attract, assess, and secure top talent. You will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring we hire efficiently without compromising on quality or candidate experience.
Location: Remote UK
What You Will Be Doing
Roles and responsibilities include:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across a range of roles, from initial briefing through to offer and onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, interview processes, and hiring timelines
- Proactively source high-quality candidates using a variety of channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and talent pipelines
- Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience, ensuring clear communication and a strong employer brand throughout the process
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives, helping to build scalable and efficient recruitment practices
- Ensure compliance with internal processes, systems, and relevant employment legislation
Who We Are Looking For
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Proven experience: You will have experience in an in-house Talent Acquisition or Agency role within a fast-paced environment
- Industry exposure: Experience hiring for SaaS or technology organisations
- Stakeholder management: You will demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and challenge constructively
- Delivery focus: You will have experience managing multiple roles simultaneously in a high-volume, fast-paced setting
- Data-driven mindset: You will be comfortable using data and metrics to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement
- Systems & tools: You will have familiarity with ATS systems and sourcing tools (such as LinkedIn Recruiter)
- Organisation & detail: You will be highly organised with strong attention to detail and a process-driven mindset
- Commercial awareness: You will understand how hiring impacts overall business performance
- Mindset: You will be proactive, solutions-focused, and driven by continuous improvement
- Collaboration: You will be a strong team player with a collaborative approach and sense of ownership
- Candidate experience: You will be passionate about delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience
