We’re hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruitment across our UK business from a flexible, hybrid role. Own end-to-end hiring, influence strategy, and collaborate in an inclusive environment where your impact matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Hiring Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements, timelines, and cultural fit for technical and consultancy roles.
- Candidate Engagement:
- Source, screen, and shortlist top technical talent via LinkedIn, job boards, and proactive recruitment methods.
- Draft and distribute compelling job adverts.
- Identify and engage passive candidates (talent mapping, headhunting).
- Recruitment Coordination:
- Schedule interviews and deliver clear, constructive feedback.
- Maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
- Conduct reference checks where necessary.
- Delivery & Reporting:
- Monitor recruitment activity with regular performance updates (MI reporting).
- Research and implement methodologies to enhance attraction efforts.
- Ensure candidate data adheres to GDPR and best practice.
- Trend Awareness: Stay informed on market salaries, tech benchmarks, and competitor strategies.

What You’ll Bring to Reed
- Proven experience recruiting across departmental and seniority levels.
- Robust sourcing beyond job postings—proficient with LinkedIn’s advanced tools and passive candidate outreach.
- Experience consulting with technical professionals (e.g. IT, project managers).
- Ability to communicate effectively with "hiring stakeholders and candidates.
