Our Talent Acquisition team support the attraction, engagement, and hiring of exceptional talent across the core capabilities of consulting and operations.
Role Overview
Working closely with the Talent Acquisition Lead, you will play a key role in building talent pipelines, sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
This role is ideal for someone with experience of in-house or agency recruitment, talent sourcing, or candidate attraction.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing & Attraction
- Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Develop targeted sourcing strategies for technical, professional, and business support roles.
- Conduct market mapping and competitor research to identify talent pools and attraction opportunities.
- Support employer branding initiatives through LinkedIn, careers pages, events, and talent communities.

Candidate Management
- Screen applications and conduct initial qualification calls.
- Assess candidate suitability against role requirements and organisational values.
- Manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience at all stages.
Recruitment Coordination
- Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Prepare interview packs, candidate profiles, and supporting documentation.
- Track recruitment progress within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Negotiate offers, contract administration, and onboarding activities.
Stakeholder Support
- Partner with Capability Leads to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
- Provide market intelligence, salary benchmarking, and talent availability insights.
- Assist with recruitment planning activities and workforce demand forecasting.
- Support the reduction of agency reliance through effective direct sourcing strategies.
Reporting & Compliance
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and ATS data.
- Produce recruitment metrics and pipeline reports.
- Ensure recruitment activities comply with employment legislation, GDPR, and company policies.
- Support diversity and inclusion initiatives throughout the hiring process.

Experience Required
- Previous experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, or a Talent Acquisition environment.
- Experience sourcing data, AI, or technical professionals is preferred.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, CV databases, or other sourcing tools.
- Understanding of recruitment metrics and reporting.
- Knowledge of talent mapping and proactive pipelining techniques.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ATS platforms.
