Description
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Foster + Partners, you will play a key role in shaping how we attract and hire exceptional talent across our Architecture teams. Working as part of our growing Talent Acquisition function, you will lead end-to-end recruitment, build strong relationships with hiring managers, and deliver a seamless candidate experience. You'll have the opportunity to influence hiring strategies, develop talent pipelines, and use market insights to support future workforce needs. As our TA team continues to evolve, you'll also have the chance to contribute to Early Careers initiatives, helping to attract and engage the next generation of talent across our London and global studios.
This role is ideal if you want to:
- Own end-to-end experienced-hire recruitment across designated Architecture teams, delivering high-quality hiring across a range of levels and specialist skill areas.
- Build trusted partnerships with hiring managers, developing a strong understanding of their teams, capability requirements and current and future talent needs.
- Develop proactive sourcing, talent mapping and pipelining strategies for priority and hard-to-find architectural skills.
- Build and maintain external networks and talent communities, strengthening Foster + Partners’ access to exceptional architectural talent.
- Bring external talent-market insight to hiring discussions, including talent availability, competitor activity, candidate expectations and emerging skills.

What you will bring to the team:
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end Talent Acquisition in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience recruiting within Architecture, Design or a related specialist sector preferred but not essential.
- A proactive approach to sourcing, talent mapping and talent pipelining.
- The confidence to influence, advise and build trusted stakeholder relationships.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- A passion for delivering inclusive recruitment processes and exceptional candidate experiences.
- Prior experience within Early Careers recruitment would be advantageous but not essential.
