WPS Permanent or Fixed-Term Contract
Are you an experienced Recruiter looking for an opportunity to make a real impact? We're looking for a talented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team and play a key role in attracting, engaging and hiring exceptional talent across WPS.
Working as part of a collaborative Talent Acquisition team, you'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers to deliver effective recruitment solutions while ensuring an outstanding candidate experience from attraction to onboarding.
π¨ What You'll Be Doing
- Managing end-to-end recruitment activity across a range of professional, operational and specialist roles
- Building strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and workforce plans
- Delivering recruitment campaigns aligned to business objectives and resourcing requirements
- Directly sourcing diverse, high-quality candidates through a variety of attraction methods
- Providing guidance and support to hiring managers on recruitment best practice
- Ensuring all recruitment activity complies with employment legislation, immigration requirements, GDPR and company policies
- Supporting recruitment cost-saving initiatives through direct sourcing activity
- Producing recruitment reports and analysing trends to support informed hiring decisions
- Contributing to talent acquisition projects, continuous improvement initiatives and diversity and inclusion objectives
- Championing a positive candidate experience and promoting the WPS employer brand

β What We're Looking For
- Previous experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle within an in-house or agency recruitment environment
- Strong direct sourcing and candidate attraction skills
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technology
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously
- Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruitment data and identify trends
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Up-to-date knowledge of employment law, immigration legislation and GDPR
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
