Talent Acquisition Specialist

Corporate Based - Fully Remote with occasional travel
37.5 Hours
Salary: Up to £32,960.00 per year (depending on level of experience, training and qualification)

We have an opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the team of staff in the Resourcing and Talent Acquisition department.

Duties Of This Role Include

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition through to offer across a range of functions, including nursing, allied health, administration, and support services.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, advise on best hiring practices, and ensure timely and effective recruitment delivery.
  • Proactively source candidates using a range of tools (LinkedIn, job boards, databases, referrals, etc.) to build and maintain strong talent pipelines.
  • Provide a professional, engaging, and responsive experience to all candidates, ensuring every interaction reflects the Circle Health Group brand.
  • Build strong working relationships with hospital leaders, clinical managers, and central functions to deliver effective recruitment solutions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) in line with GDPR and internal standards.
  • Collaborate with the wider People Team on workforce planning, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and talent development strategies.

Applicants Should Meet The Following Criteria

  • Previous experience in an internal recruitment or talent acquisition role, ideally within healthcare, clinical services, or a fast-paced multi-site organisation.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and ATS platforms
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and influence across all levels.
  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple roles and stakeholders effectively.
  • Passionate about candidate experience and employer brand representation.
  • Good understanding of UK employment law, right-to-work checks, and recruitment compliance.
