Role: Talent Acquisition Specialist (Contract)
Contract Length: 3 Months (Potential to extend)
Location: Lutterworth (4 days in office)

The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our internal team on a 3-month contract. In this high-velocity role, you will immediately take ownership of sourcing, screening, and managing active candidate pipelines across our Frontline Sales and Operations business units.
This contract requires an established recruiter who knows the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle inside out, can run efficient candidate workflows, and is ready to deliver results.
Key Responsibilities
- Active Sourcing: Proactively source and engage top-tier frontline sales and operational talent.
- Candidate Assessment: Conduct thorough screens to evaluate commercial capabilities, operational experience, cultural alignment, and availability against site-specific requirements.
- Pipeline & Logistics Management: Drive the end-to-end interview process, managing complex interview loops and maintaining high engagement between candidates, internal partners, and frontline hiring managers.
- ATS Integrity: Oversee end-to-end data accuracy across our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring candidates progress smoothly with swift turnaround times and consistent communication.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner directly with hiring managers to track weekly hiring targets, overcome pipeline bottlenecks, and ensure strong offer-to-acceptance ratios.
Required Experience & Skills
- Proven Recruitment Track Record: Solid experience in end-to-end recruitment (agency or internal), with a demonstrable history of placing talent in fast-paced environments.
- Sourcing Expertise: Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean logic, and target-sourcing strategies across competitive talent pools.
- Volume Capability: Ability to manage high application volumes and multiple active open roles concurrently while maintaining quality and speed.
- Enterprise ATS Systems: Hands-on experience with modern enterprise ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) to manage high-volume application workflows and reporting.
- Stakeholder & Candidate Engagement: Strong commercial acumen and communication skills to effectively pitch opportunities and consult with hiring managers.
- Process & Delivery Discipline: Highly organized and self-directed, with strong attention to candidate tracking metrics, compliance, and offer processes.
