Salary: Up to £55,000 DOE

My client is looking to recruit an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist based at their East Centre offices. You will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring high-quality talent to support the organisation’s growth and success. You will work as part of a Talent Acquisition team recruiting for roles across the UK and Ireland.

Can you proactively build and maintain a high-quality talent pipeline? This will be critical in securing skilled, high-performing, and culturally aligned professionals.

Do you have experience recruiting for technical roles, particularly within AI-focused, data and analytics environments?

As Talent Acquisition Specialist you will:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs, job requirements and team dynamics.
  • Develop recruitment strategies that align with organisational goals and market trends.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance the effectiveness of recruitment.
  • Utilise various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct outreach, to identify and attract qualified candidates.
  • Manage relationships with external recruitment agency partners and Preferred Supplier List.
  • Review CVs and conduct initial phone screens to assess cultural fit, technical skills, and motivation to join the company.
  • Serve as a point of contact for candidates, addressing inquiries and providing timely updates on their application status.
  • Utilise the ATS to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
  • Prepare and present recruitment reports and track KPIs

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
