Talent Acquisition Specialist, EMEA & APAC

12-Month Fixed-Term Contract (Maternity Cover)

Location: Fleet, United Kingdom

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our global Talent Acquisition team on a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover contract.

In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering end-to-end recruitment across memoryBlue's EMEA & APAC business. The majority of your recruitment will focus on our UK Sales Development Representative (SDR) hiring, alongside a smaller but growing remit across APAC and occasional recruitment across other UK functions.

You'll work closely with hiring managers and the Global Head of Talent Acquisition to understand hiring needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, manage candidate pipelines and deliver an exceptional recruitment experience from initial engagement through to offer and onboarding.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is comfortable owning recruitment delivery independently, managing multiple priorities and working within an established global Talent Acquisition framework.

What You'll Do

Talent Acquisition & Delivery

  • Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across EMEA & APAC.
  • Recruit predominantly for SDR roles across the UK, with occasional hiring across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance and IT.
  • Support recruitment across selected APAC markets as hiring demand develops.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring priorities and workforce requirements.
  • Develop targeted sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, direct search, referrals, job boards and existing talent pools.
  • Proactively source and engage both active and passive candidates.
  • Screen candidates and provide evidence-based recommendations on progression.
  • Coordinate interviews, feedback, offers, onboarding and candidate communications.
  • Build proactive talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
  • Maintain momentum throughout the recruitment process and deliver a high-quality candidate experience.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
