Talent Acquisition Partner – 3 Month FTC

Part-time: 2–3 days per week | £50,000 FTE, pro rata | Immediate start | Remote/Flexible

We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join us on a short-term basis and take ownership of a busy and varied recruitment programme.

This is a hands-on recruitment delivery role for someone who can come in, quickly understand the vacancies and hiring priorities, and keep multiple recruitment processes moving at pace.

We currently have a broad mix of vacancies across Sales, Technology, Engineering, Operations and Delivery, ranging from volume/coordinator hires through to more specialist technical roles.

What you’ll be doing

  • Managing a portfolio of live vacancies from initial brief through to offer
  • Working with hiring managers to understand requirements and keep recruitment moving
  • Proactively sourcing candidates where required
  • Reviewing applications and managing candidate pipelines
  • Conducting initial screening and qualification
  • Coordinating interviews and maintaining momentum throughout the process
  • Managing candidate communication, feedback, offers and rejections
  • Using Teamtailor to manage vacancies, pipelines and recruitment activity
  • Ensuring candidates have a positive, professional experience throughout
  • Keeping hiring managers updated on progress, challenges and priorities

What we’re looking for

You’ll be an experienced recruiter or TA professional who is comfortable rolling up your sleeves and delivering.

Ideally, you’ll have:

  • Strong end-to-end recruitment experience
  • Experience recruiting across a varied portfolio – exposure to Sales, Tech or Engineering hiring would be particularly useful
  • Confidence managing multiple vacancies simultaneously
  • Strong sourcing and candidate management skills
  • Experience using an ATS – Teamtailor experience would be a bonus
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills
  • The ability to work independently and get up to speed quickly
