Talent Acquisition Specialist – Europe & Africa

Are you passionate about finding great talent and making a real impact on the business? Join our Talent Acquisition team and help us attract the people who will drive Herbalife’s success across Europe & Africa.
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who enjoys a fast-paced environment, is passionate about proactive sourcing, and wants to build strong partnerships with hiring managers across an international region.
In this role you will:
- Own end-to-end recruitment for roles from Staff to Director level across Europe & Africa.
- Build proactive talent pipelines through headhunting, competitor mapping, networking, talent intelligence and targeted sourcing.
- Partner with hiring managers, providing market insights and coaching throughout the recruitment process.
- Use data and market intelligence to influence hiring strategies and identify the best talent in the market.
- Support employer branding initiatives and create compelling talent attraction content.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience while ensuring high standards of quality, compliance and inclusive hiring.
- Contribute to regional and global Talent Acquisition projects, process improvements and innovation.

Our requirements:
- 3+ years of corporate/in-house Talent Acquisition experience, including recruitment up to Director level.
- Experience recruiting across EMEA and navigating different talent markets.
- Strong direct sourcing, market mapping and talent intelligence skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with confidence to advise and challenge hiring managers.
- Strong interviewing and assessment skills with a commitment to fair and inclusive hiring.
- A proactive, data-driven and solutions-focused mindset, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with ATS systems (iCIMS preferred) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
