Talent Acquisition Specialist – 6 Month FTC
Location: London
Type: 6 Month Fixed-Term Contract
Salary: Day Rate (inside IR35) - Competitive
Miryco Consultants is working with a leading financial services business that is looking to appoint a Talent Acquisition Associate on a 6-month fixed-term contract.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruitment or Talent Acquisition professional to join a high-performing team and play a key role in supporting hiring across the business.
You’ll work closely with an experienced Talent Team and hiring managers, helping to deliver an efficient and high-quality recruitment process while gaining valuable exposure to a sophisticated financial services environment.
The Role
As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will support the end-to-end recruitment process across a range of roles, working closely with external recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating recruitment activity across multiple vacancies and business areas.
- Liaising with external agencies on the sourcing and screening of candidates.
- Managing candidate communications and interview scheduling.
- Working closely with hiring managers to ensure recruitment processes run efficiently.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records within the ATS.
- Supporting the preparation and publication of job advertisements.
- Helping to deliver a positive and professional candidate experience.
- Monitoring recruitment activity and providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Supporting onboarding activity and ensuring appropriate processes are followed.
- Assisting with recruitment projects and wider Talent Acquisition initiatives.
- Identifying opportunities to improve recruitment processes and ways of working.

About You
We are looking for someone with:
- Previous experience within Recruitment and/or Talent Acquisition. Ideally a mix of internal and external agency.
- Previous Financial Services experience a must.
- Experience recruiting in the technology and front-office space a bonus.
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Confidence dealing with candidates and hiring managers at all levels.
- Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- A proactive, positive, and team-oriented approach.
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced financial services environment.
- A genuine interest in Talent Acquisition and developing a career within recruitment.
