About Us

Avenir Collective - Building the future of beauty, personal care and lifestyle brands.

We're building a new kind of consumer brand platform focused on trusted products, long-term value and meaningful growth. If you're excited by building brands, solving problems and working alongside collaborative, driven people, we'd love to hear from you.

Your Role at a Glance

As our Talent Acquisition Specialist covering a maternity leave, you will own hiring across the business finding and attracting brilliant people into a wide range of teams. Your focus will be running the full recruitment process end-to-end, partnering closely with hiring managers to bring in the right talent, quickly and with a great candidate experience, working alongside the People team and leaders across the company.

This role is ideal for someone with in-house recruitment experience and a self-starting, results-driven approach, who is excited to work in a fast-paced, growing scale-up with a talented team. You'll have real ownership of your roles, from the initial briefing and sourcing through to offer, while working closely with hiring managers to keep processes moving and make good hiring decisions. Your work will directly shape the teams behind our portfolio of beauty and personal care brands and contribute to shaping our success.

Location & Flexibility

  • Full-time, fixed-term contract (maternity cover) running October 2026 to mid-July 2027
  • 40 hours per week, 9 am to 6 pm with a one-hour lunch
  • Hybrid, based at our Holborn office, with the expectation to be in 2 days per week

Key Responsibilities

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
