Talent Acquisition Specialist
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 with an excellent benefits package
Location: Near Chelmsford - must be within a 30-minute commute of Chelmsford / Braintree / Witham
Working pattern: Hybrid - 4 days in Office, 1 day WFH preferred, 3/2 day split potentially considered.

Due to the location of our offices, you must be a car driver. Free Parking on site.

Here at Pursuit, we have some news we are celebrating! After landing a fantastic new account, we are looking for an experienced recruitment and Talent Acquisition Specialist who can come on board and Account Manage our client, hitting the ground running from day one.

This is a fast-paced, high-visibility role where you'll take full ownership of sourcing, interviewing, and placing talent while building a deep understanding of the client's business, culture, and hiring needs.

What You'll Be Doing - Talent Acquisition Specialist
- Managing the day-to-day relationship with our client, becoming the go-to expert on their business and hiring requirements
- Sourcing, screening, and placing candidates against live vacancies
- Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline to meet ongoing and future demand
- Meeting with the client face-to-face at least once a month to strengthen the relationship and stay close to evolving needs
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle - from brief to offer - with a focus on speed and quality - always staying true to Pursuit's core Values
- Interviewing and screening candidates - from applications via advertising and sourcing on Job boards
- Working closely with the wider team to ensure a seamless, joined-up service; supporting on other accounts when required.
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, Account Manager, or similar within the recruitment industry
- A track record of sourcing and placing candidates efficiently and effectively
- Strong relationship-building skills, with the confidence to manage client expectations and become a trusted partner
- Someone who can hit the ground running - comfortable picking up a new account at pace
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Based in Essex, within a 30-minute commute of Chelmsford, Braintree, or Witham - You must be a car driver.
