Talent Acquisition Partner (FTC, 12 Months)

📍 Remote | Occasional travel to nurseries and Northampton Head Office
💰 Salary: From £33,000 DOE
📅 Closing Date: 1 November 2026 (may close earlier if the right candidate is offered)

Join Bright Horizons as a Talent Acquisition Partner and lead end-to-end recruitment for our nursery operations across a specified region. You'll partner with hiring managers to attract, engage, and hire exceptional talent, while building talent pipelines and enhancing our employer brand.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from attraction to onboarding
  • Deliver proactive sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, and networking
  • Build strong relationships with operational stakeholders
  • Drive talent attraction and employer branding initiatives
  • Maintain recruitment activity through Workday and provide recruitment insights and reporting
  • Champion an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience

What We're Looking For

  • Proven recruitment experience, in high-volume environments
  • Nursery, healthcare, or care sector recruitment experience essential
  • Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills
  • Target-driven with excellent communication and organisation skills
  • Internal recruitment and Workday experience desirable
