£45,000 + bonus + Exceptional Benefits

We’re working with a leading international, prestigious insurance organisation to recruit a Talent Specialist with a core focus on Early Careers.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with around 1–2 years’ experience in Early Careers, Talent Development or Learning & Development who wants to take the next step into a broad, visible role with genuine scope to develop.

You’ll help coordinate, deliver and continuously improve graduate, apprenticeship and internship programmes, while also getting involved in programme design, candidate experience, data and reporting, and the use of AI to improve how Early Careers initiatives are delivered.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Coordinating graduate, apprentice and internship programmes from recruitment and assessment centres through to onboarding, induction and ongoing cohort activity
  • Supporting the design, development and evaluation of Early Careers programmes
  • Creating an engaging and inclusive candidate experience throughout the Early Careers journey
  • Supporting apprenticeship activity, including levy administration and liaison with training providers
  • Using AI tools such as Copilot, Claude and generative AI to create content, analyse data, streamline administration and enhance programme delivery
  • Owning and maintaining Early Careers programme data, producing dashboards and providing meaningful insights to stakeholders
  • Supporting training courses and events, including Workday Learning administration, attendance and facilitator coordination
  • Producing reports, presentations and management information
  • Supporting wider Talent Development and HR projects

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
