Talent Resourcer

Location: London
Salary: £30,000 + Bonus

About the Role

Our client is looking for a Talent Resourcer to join their growing Talent Acquisition team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised, analytical, and proactive individual looking to build a career within internal recruitment. Working closely with recruiters and hiring managers, you will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and attracting exceptional talent across both UK and US teams.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys research, problem-solving, and communication. A significant part of your day may involve building sourcing projects on LinkedIn Recruiter, mapping talent markets, identifying target candidate pools, and developing creative approaches to engage high-quality passive talent.

Rather than focusing on sales targets, success in this role comes from your ability to understand hiring needs, conduct detailed talent research, build strong candidate pipelines, and create meaningful connections with prospective employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and business priorities.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for both immediate and future hiring needs.
  • Use LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to identify and engage high-quality candidates.
  • Conduct market mapping and competitor research to identify talent pools and hiring opportunities.
  • Create personalised candidate outreach campaigns that encourage engagement and build interest in opportunities.
  • Support candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
  • Coordinate interviews and manage recruitment administration activities.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment data within the ATS.
  • Share market insights, sourcing strategies, and talent intelligence with the wider team.
  • Continuously develop sourcing techniques and contribute ideas to improve recruitment processes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
