As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll play a key role in attracting and hiring top talent across the UK and international markets. Partnering closely with business leaders, HR Business Partners, and key stakeholders, you’ll bring a strategic, data-driven approach to recruiting while embracing innovative tools and AI-powered solutions.

Responsibilities
- You manage the entire recruitment process – from initial requisition to closing the position in alignment with the HR Business Partners.
- With targeted and creative strategies, you will attract top professionals and leadership talent.
- As a strategic sparring partner, you collaborate closely with stakeholders and decision-makers across all levels within the business.
- You analyse relevant KPIs, derive actionable measures, and continuously improve our processes.
- Modern tools, platforms, and AI-powered technologies are part of your daily toolkit for sourcing and engagement.
- You actively contribute to employer branding projects to enhance the Zumtobel Group’s visibility as an attractive employer.
- You stay ahead of market trends, spot new developments early, and integrate innovative approaches into our recruiting strategy.

Skills & Experience
- You have hands-on recruiting experience – whether from an agency or an in-house environment doesn’t matter, your track record does.
- Direct sourcing, active candidate engagement, and confident interviewing are part of your core skill set.
- You think creatively, strategically, and with a willingness to explore new and unconventional paths.
- You approach recruiting with a business mindset and always keep the bigger picture in view.
- You’re a persuasive communicator and build trust with stakeholders through empathy, clarity, and conviction.
- You don't just try out new technologies, tools, and AI solutions – you apply them effectively and with purpose (e.g. co-pilot, canva, …)
- KPIs aren't just numbers to you – you use them to make smart, data-driven decisions.
- Fluency in English and an additional European language would be an advantage.
