Talent Acquisition Manager

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end-to-end recruitment activity for specialist and management-level roles while supporting major organisational transformation programmes. What You'll Be Doing

As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you'll take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle while acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and business leaders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment for specialist and leadership vacancies.
  • Partnering with stakeholders to develop effective hiring strategies and recruitment plans.
  • Building talent pipelines and proactively sourcing high-quality candidates.
  • Leading vacancy briefings, shortlisting, interview coordination, offer management, and candidate engagement.
  • Using recruitment data and market intelligence to drive hiring decisions and improve performance.
  • Coaching hiring managers and colleagues on recruitment best practice.
  • Supporting diversity and inclusion initiatives to ensure equitable hiring processes.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement projects within talent acquisition and people functions.

  • ✅ experience working against recruitment KPIs and service standards
  • ✅ A proactive, solutions-focused approach to hiring challenges
  • ✅ Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills in a dynamic environment
  • ✅ Passion for diversity, equity and inclusion in recruitment

You'll Stand Out If You Have

  • experience working within a global or matrix organisation
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Understanding of employment legislation and recruitment compliance
  • Exposure to workforce transformation or change programmes
  • HR or Recruitment-related qualifications
