YOUR ROLE

Our Talent Acquisition team based in Ashby-de-la-Zouch has an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, driven and engaging Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about finding exceptional talent. You'll take ownership of recruitment campaigns across a variety of our UK, Ireland and Nordics business areas, designing innovative attraction strategies and delivering an outstanding candidate experience from start to finish.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Reporting to the UKIN Head of Talent Acquisition, you'll join a high-performing and collaborative team responsible for recruiting both operational and functional roles across our UK, Ireland and Nordics businesses.

You'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from selecting the most effective attraction strategies and writing compelling adverts to sourcing, screening, interviewing, managing offers and providing candidate feedback. Using a range of tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, CV databases and internal talent pools, you'll proactively identify and engage top talent, including passive candidates.

As a trusted recruitment partner, you'll build strong relationships with stakeholders, providing expert advice on attraction, selection and recruitment best practice. You'll help develop talent pipelines, influence recruitment strategies and continuously look for ways to improve the candidate experience.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We're looking for an experienced recruiter with a proven track record of managing high-volume recruitment across operational and corporate functions, ideally within a logistics, supply chain or fast-paced environment.

You'll be an excellent communicator who enjoys building relationships at all levels, is highly organised and brings energy and enthusiasm to everything you do. You'll have a proactive, hunter mindset, confidently engaging passive candidates and using your creativity to develop attraction campaigns that stand out in a competitive market. Strong advert writing skills and a passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience are essential.
