Our client, an industry leading global Hedge Fund, are looking to make a ‘Talent Acquisition Specialist’ hire into the firm's expanding London office.
The hire will take ownership for all non-US, non-investment function talent acquisition at the firm, a remit that will be highly visible & autonomous. A core focus is to develop European sourcing strategy / take ownership of talent acquisition strategy for the London non-investment function, working with senior business heads to evolve how the firm assess talent coming into the firm, whilst striving for a good mix of early talent and senior talent hiring, including the development and execution of the lateral talent plan. This is an exciting time to join the firm as they expand their global footprint and build out a best-in-class HR function in its rapidly expanding London office.

Candidates
Candidates should have 2-5yrs relevant FS experience in ‘talent’, either working in-house at an IB / hedge fund / prop firm, or coming directly from an FS recruitment firm. Excellent communication and presentation skills are a pre-requisite, as is an ability to work at volume.
