Role Overview
Our client, an industry leading global Hedge Fund, are looking to make a 'Talent Acquisition Specialist' hire into the firm's expanding London office.
Key Responsibilities
The hire will take ownership for all non-US, non-investment function talent acquisition at the firm, a remit that will be highly visible & autonomous. A core focus is to develop European sourcing strategy / take ownership of talent acquisition strategy for the London non-investment function, working with senior business heads to evolve how the firm assess talent coming into the firm, whilst striving for a good mix of early talent and senior talent hiring, including the development and execution of the lateral talent plan. This is an exciting time to join the firm as they expand their global footprint and build out a best-in-class HR function in its rapidly expanding London office.

Candidate Requirements
Candidates should ideally have 5yrs+ relevant FS experience in ‘talent’, ideally working in-house, but we could also consider candidates coming directly from an FS recruitment firm. Excellent communication and presentation skills are a pre-requisite, as is an ability to work at volume,

Compensation and Benefits
Our client is committed to providing the successful hire with a significant increase on his/her current base salary. A high performer in the role will earn a strong % bonus component.
