Job Description
Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist - Legal
Bristol or London | Hybrid Working
We're looking for an experienced Legal Recruiter to become our first dedicated legal recruitment specialist within our Public Sector Delivery Team.
This is a unique opportunity to join a growing area of the business and play a leading role in shaping our legal recruitment offering. You'll bring specialist market knowledge, an established network and a passion for delivery, helping us build our presence across interim and contract legal recruitment.
Working across a portfolio of public sector clients, you'll be responsible for identifying, engaging and securing high-calibre legal professionals while building the talent pipelines that will drive future growth. This is a delivery-focused 180 recruitment role, ideal for someone who enjoys candidate engagement, talent attraction and relationship building.

- Source and engage legal professionals through direct search, networking, referrals and market mapping.
- Build and maintain specialist talent pools across a range of legal disciplines.
- Manage the end-to-end candidate journey across interim and contract assignments.
- Conduct candidate assessments and provide high-quality recommendations to stakeholders.
- Develop trusted relationships with candidates, hiring managers and client stakeholders.
- Provide market insight, talent intelligence and recruitment expertise.
- Support the growth of our legal recruitment offering through networking, relationship building and knowledge sharing.
What we're looking for
Essential
- Proven experience recruiting within the legal sector.
- Strong knowledge of the legal recruitment market and legal career pathways.
- Strong candidate network and market knowledge.
- Excellent sourcing, headhunting and relationship-building skills.
- A track record of delivering quality legal recruitment outcomes.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Desirable
- Experience recruiting into local government or the wider public sector.
- Interim or contract recruitment experience.
- MSP, RPO or talent solutions experience.
