Role Overview / Purpose
Talent Specialist | London HQ | On-site (5 days/week) | £40,000 base + Commission (£45k-£55k total OTE) - depending on performance with uncapped potential.
As a Talent Specialist, you are a key engine driving our global talent acquisition strategy. Working closely with our Global Head of Talent, Senior Talent Partners, and hiring managers, this role exists to attract, engage, and hire top-tier talent across technical and commercial functions. You will play a hands-on, high-ownership role in building the high-performing teams that power our rapid global growth.
What You'll Do
- Partner End-to-End: Work alongside the rest of the Talent team and hiring managers to manage seamless, end-to-end recruitment processes across various business functions.
- Proactive Sourcing: Identify, engage, and convert high-quality passive talent globally using creative sourcing strategies and personalized outreach.
- Candidate Assessment: Screen incoming applications, conduct initial assessment calls, and evaluate candidates against both technical/role criteria and cultural alignment.
- Coordinate Global Operations: Manage interview scheduling and logistics across multiple stakeholders and global time zones while maintaining ATS data integrity.
- Drive Talent Initiatives: Support broader talent acquisition projects, including employer branding, candidate experience optimization, and recruitment events.

What We're Looking For
- Recruitment Experience: 1–2 years of experience in agency or in-house talent acquisition, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
- Sourcing Capability: Demonstrated ability to build talent pipelines and engage high-caliber candidates across various functions.
- Operational Agility: Proven experience managing complex scheduling, global stakeholders, and standard ATS platforms.
- High Ownership & Mindset: Proactive, organized, and calm under pressure, with a continuous-improvement mindset and an eagerness to leverage AI tools for efficiency.
- Nice to Haves: Prior exposure to high-growth tech startups, international hiring, or recruiting across both technical and commercial roles.
