Role Purpose
Manage recruiting support activities for specific client groups. Own and manage resourcing responsibilities that require some subject matter expertise, such as creating requisitions, sourcing passive candidates, creating candidate pipelines, conducting telephone screens, and presenting most qualified candidates to the appropriate Hiring Managers. Facilitate an efficient selection and candidate offer process.
Key Accountabilities
- Thorough understanding of candidate attraction, candidate assessment, and candidate experience principles
- Experienced in creating detailed and compelling requisitions. An in-depth understanding of the role this plays in employer brand integrity and company brand integrity, and the intersection of candidate pools and guest pools.
- Use the Applicant Tracking Systems (Taleo) for requisition and candidate management, as well as creating regular reports in support of specific client groups. This will include:
- Creating requisitions while meeting or exceeding department SLAs
- Creating job postings when new job descriptions are approved for recruiting
- Maintaining Taleo sources and pre-screening questions (under the direction of the Global Talent Systems Manager for the AMER region)
- Maintaining candidate dispositions and position status as well as other Taleo data pertinent to candidate tracking, candidate handling (OFCCP compliance and regulations), and position management
- Maintain complete and accurate information on requisitions and candidate activity. Partner with the ER/LR CoE to ensure that Resourcing activities support our required government reporting needs.
- Comply with the Company’s organization policies and practices relating to employment, maintain compliance with Department of Labor and related government agencies’ regulations and ensure that recruiting efforts are in compliance with EEO/AA plan.
- Review and assess applicants against job criteria and make determinations on qualifications for posted roles. Filter the candidate slate to progress the best fit for review by the Hiring Manager
- Partner with the Hiring Manager to ensure that all candidates receive communication on status in the application process. Special focus on checking for internal applicants and referral applicants and ensuring they receive special attention and communication as per global directives.
- Liaise with Hiring Managers and candidates to schedule multi-part in-person or virtual interviews, including any necessary travel arrangements, ensuring that all stakeholders are kept updated and have finalized itineraries.
- Facilitate the offer process by working with the Hiring Manager to obtain all offer information (including any sign-on bonus, relocation, immigration, or special offer considerations) then liaising with HR Coordinator/Specialist to deliver a branded offer packet to the candidate within the department SLAs.
- Complete myHR New Hire forms within department SLAs
- Develop and deliver client-specific reporting on job status, time to fill, and other metrics in support of the department’s reporting needs. Review and analyze the data and identify trends – communicate findings to the HR and Resourcing Leadership.
- Maintain a consistent, high-quality customer-focused orientation. Listen to and communicate with customers to obtain all required information necessary to determine and address their specific needs; tactfully explain why, if service cannot be provided. Respond to individuals in a manner and timeframe promised or follow-up to explain status. Provide clear, accurate information; explain procedures or materials or provide supplemental information; anticipate problems or questions.

Key Skills & Experiences
Education
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of work or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
Experience
2 to 5 years HR, Recruiting, and/or Sourcing-related experience with demonstrated technical proficiency related to the position. Prefer experience in a recruiting/resourcing function.
Technical Skills and Knowledge
- Knowledge of applicable Federal, State, and local employment laws.
- Experience in developing and delivering direct sourcing and candidate pipeline plans.
- Experience in candidate interviewing, assessment, and selection.
- Excellent oral and written communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Effective analytical/assessment skills and strong consultative skills to advise and guide hiring managers/applicants.
- In-depth knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems – strongly prefer Taleo experience (version 12 or higher).
- Strong understanding and experience delivering in a high-touch, high-service resourcing function. Able to juggle multiple responsibilities while meeting or exceeding department SLAs.
- Must have a high focus on both manager and candidate experience, understanding how online processes and the human-computer interaction intersection drive the employment value proposition.
- Highly developed customer service skills.
- Strong PC skills (to include knowledge of the MS Office software package).
