TA Specialist
As a TA Specialist in the transport and distribution industry, you'll play a key role in managing recruitment processes, ensuring the business attracts the best talent. Based in Leicestershire, you'll support the human resources team in delivering efficient and effective recruitment strategies.

Description
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, from job postings to onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide recruitment advice.
- Source and attract top talent using various channels, including job boards and social media.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and reporting for compliance and analysis.
- Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and partners.
- Support employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's appeal to prospective candidates.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and strategies.

Profile
A successful TA Specialist should have:
- Previous experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role, ideally within transport and distribution or a similar industry.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving results.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment.

Job Offer
- Salary of £40,000 to £42,000, dependent on the level of experience.
- 4%/4% pension scheme.
- 26 days of holiday plus Bank Holidays, with the option to purchase an additional 5 days.
- Permanent position based in Leicester.
- 2 days in the office, 3 from home.
