Talent Acquisition Specialist

MasterMover is a growing global business designing innovative material handling solutions, including electric tugs and automation technology, for some of the world's leading industrial companies.
We're looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team and take ownership of end-to-end recruitment across the UK and internationally.
This is a role for someone who is people-focused, commercially minded and tech-savvy - someone who knows how to find great talent, build strong relationships and use technology to recruit smarter.
What you'll do
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process, from vacancy briefing through to offer and onboarding.
- Recruit across the UK and global markets, adapting sourcing approaches to different countries and cultures.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver the right talent.
- Source proactively through LinkedIn, job boards, direct approaches, social media and specialist channels.
- Build strong international talent pipelines for current and future vacancies.
- Deliver a positive, professional candidate experience.
- Challenge and improve our recruitment processes and employer brand.
- Build effective relationships with recruitment agencies and other external partners.
- Use recruitment data and insight to improve performance and decision-making.
- Maximise recruitment technology and AI to improve sourcing, screening, administration and candidate experience.
- Stay ahead of developments in recruitment technology and identify new tools that can give MasterMover an advantage.

What you'll bring
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally within an in-house environment.
- Experience of international/global recruitment and sourcing candidates across different markets.
- Strong candidate sourcing, interviewing and selection skills.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
- Confidence working with hiring managers and challenging constructively where needed.
- A proactive, organised and commercially aware approach.
- A genuine interest in AI, technology and innovative ways of recruiting.
- The ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities without losing attention to detail.
- A passion for finding the right person, not just the next person.
