Oliver James is busier than ever.
As we continue to scale across Europe, we're investing heavily in our Talent Acquisition function and are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to help drive the next phase of our growth.
This is a unique opportunity to join a high-performing, ambitious business that is actively expanding across multiple European markets. Working from our Manchester HQ, you'll partner with senior leaders across the business, playing a pivotal role in attracting and hiring top recruitment talent into one of the industry's most successful specialist recruitment firms.
The Opportunity

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle
- Attract exceptional talent into our growing international business
This is far more than a traditional internal recruitment role. We're looking for someone who can identify talent proactively, build meaningful relationships, and operate as a true recruitment partner to the business.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple European markets
- Partnering closely with Directors, Managing Directors, and senior leadership teams on hiring strategy
- Building and delivering high-quality talent pipelines for experienced recruitment professionals
- Conducting proactive headhunting, market mapping, and talent engagement activities
- Managing candidate experience from initial outreach through to offer stage
- Supporting business growth initiatives and strategic hiring projects
- Acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders across the organisation
- Helping shape and enhance Oliver James' employer brand and talent attraction strategy

What We're Looking For
- 2+ years' experience within Talent Acquisition, Internal Recruitment, Rec2Rec, or agency recruitment
- Strong sourcing and headhunting capability
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, driven, and commercially minded approach
- Confidence working with senior leaders and influencing hiring decisions
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
- Passion for finding and attracting exceptional talent
