Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location: Hybrid working from Bolton Head Office (2 days in the office and 3 days from home)
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: Full Time / 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 dependent on experience

About The Role
As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in attracting and engaging high-quality talent for senior, specialist and hard to fill vacancies across the Group.
- Working closely with hiring managers and the wider People Team, you will take a proactive approach to identifying, engaging and building relationships with talented candidates, including passive talent.
- You will develop direct sourcing strategies, build talent pools and pipelines and provide expert recruitment support throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- You will also contribute to reducing our reliance on external recruitment agencies, improving our approach to candidate attraction and delivering a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
- The role will involve working with a range of stakeholders across the Group, as well as contributing to recruitment attraction, employer brand and wider recruitment initiatives.
- You will also champion our commitment to safer recruitment, helping to ensure we maintain high standards of safeguarding throughout our recruitment processes.

Who we are looking for
We are looking for an experienced recruitment or talent acquisition professional with a strong, hands-on approach to candidate sourcing. You will have experience recruiting for senior, specialist and hard to fill roles and be confident identifying and engaging high-quality candidates through job boards, CV databases, LinkedIn and other sourcing channels.
- You will enjoy the challenge of finding the right people, using effective search techniques to identify both active and passive candidates.
- You will be proactive and persistent in your approach, with experience building and maintaining talent pipelines to support both current and future recruitment needs.
- You will be a strong relationship builder, able to engage candidates effectively and work closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to understand their requirements and deliver the right recruitment solutions.
- Excellent communication, organisation and attention to detail are essential, alongside confidence using recruitment systems and sourcing tools.
- You will be passionate about delivering a positive candidate experience, keeping up to date with recruitment trends and sourcing techniques and contributing to a proactive and effective recruitment approach.
- A commitment to safer recruitment and safeguarding is essential.
