At SEPHORA UK, beauty isn’t just what we sell - it’s who we are.
It’s the freedom to express yourself, the thrill of discovering something new, and the power of belonging to a community that celebrates every identity. From our beginnings in France to becoming part of the LVMH family, we’ve always pushed boundaries through creativity, innovation, and inclusivity.
Today, as we continue our exciting expansion across the UK, we’re looking for passionate, driven individuals to help shape the future of prestige beauty in one of the world’s most dynamic retail markets.
The Opportunity – 24 Month Fixed Term Contract
We have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Partner to play a key role in supporting SEPHORA UK's ambitious retail expansion plans over the next two years.
As we continue to grow our store footprint across the UK, you will lead high-volume recruitment activity across our retail population, helping to identify, attract and hire exceptional talent for both existing and new stores. This role is far more than traditional recruitment; you'll be responsible for building and nurturing talent pipelines, delivering engaging candidate experiences, running in-person assessment centres across the country and creating scalable hiring solutions that support long-term growth.
Partnering closely with Retail Leaders, HR and the wider Talent Acquisition team, you'll combine a proactive sourcing mindset with exceptional organisation and stakeholder management skills to ensure we have the right talent, in the right place, at the right time. Leveraging recruitment tools, you'll help drive a more efficient, insight-led hiring process while maintaining the human connection that makes SEPHORA stand out as an employer of choice.
This is a highly visible, field-based role requiring regular travel across the UK to support assessment centres, hiring events and talent attraction activities.
What You’ll Be Doing…
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for Beauty Advisor positions across multiple locations.
- Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, ensuring a continuous flow of high-quality candidates.
- Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies using direct search, referrals, social media, networking and local talent attraction initiatives.
- Partner closely with Retail Leaders and HR to forecast hiring needs and develop recruitment plans that support new store openings and business growth.
- Plan, coordinate and facilitate regular in-person assessment centres, ensuring a consistent, engaging and high-quality candidate experience.
- Utilise recruitment technology to manage high application volumes efficiently while maintaining strong candidate engagement.
- Screen, assess and shortlist candidates using a combination of technology, interviews and assessment methodologies.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through clear communication, timely feedback and professional stakeholder management throughout the recruitment journey.
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing guidance on interviewing, selection decisions, talent assessment and market insights.
- Build and strengthen SEPHORA's employer brand through recruitment events, community engagement, social media activity and talent attraction campaigns.
- Analyse recruitment activity, pipeline health and hiring trends to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and greater hiring efficiency.
- Support broader Talent Acquisition projects focused on process optimisation, talent pooling, assessment methodology and future workforce planning.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
