Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is essential, with a track record of successfully filling roles across various levels and functions. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills are required, along with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools is preferred. Candidates should demonstrate excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. A proactive attitude and a commitment to continuous learning and development are highly valued.

Responsibilities

  • Sourcing candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Conducting thorough screening and interviewing candidates to assess their suitability and alignment with client requirements.
  • Collaborating closely with clients to understand their hiring needs, develop tailored recruitment strategies, and present suitable candidates.
  • Managing the candidate experience by providing timely feedback and support throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all recruitment activities, generating reports, and contributing to continuous process improvements.
  • Building a strong talent pipeline and fostering long-term relationships with candidates and clients.
