Job Overview
Are you an experienced Talent Acquisition professional or recruiter with a strong background recruiting within the Technology, Data, AI or Engineering sectors?
We’re working with a leading global organisation to recruit a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its in-house Talent Acquisition team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who understands the technical recruitment market, knows how to identify and engage specialist talent, and can partner confidently with hiring managers across the UK.
Industry experience is essential for this role. We are looking for candidates who have a proven track record of recruiting Technology, Data, AI and/or Engineering professionals and who understand the skills, profiles and challenges within these markets.
The Role
You’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle across a range of technical vacancies, working closely with hiring managers to understand requirements, develop sourcing strategies and attract high-quality candidates.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
