Shape the next chapter of Elemed

2026 is proving to be an exciting year for elemed!

  • More clients
  • More partnerships
  • More opportunities

To continue this growth, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join us and help us to find, engage, and ultimately hire our next top consultants.

We are an 11 year old, self-funded, and 100% privately owned consultancy specialising in the world of Medical Devices, MedTech and BioTech. From artificial hearts to cancer-fighting radiotherapy machines, the people we place change lives.

The Role

As Elemed’s Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be the lead on all hiring across the business. This will range from entry level consultants, through Senior Consultants to Managers, Heads of, and beyond.

  • You will have autonomy in your approach to how you engage with great people and be encouraged to be as creative as you can in finding different, interesting, new, and ultimately successful ways of getting to know potential hires.
  • The interview process will be yours to control, working with the various members of the team to make sure that the interview process is a great experience for candidates and colleagues alike - regardless of the end result.
  • When we have new starters join the business, you will work with the team to make sure that they are set up for success, and that they enjoy their first days and weeks with Elemed.
  • You will be the face of the Elemed brand in the talent market, taking full advantage of our vast network and social media presence.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
