The Role
- Own and drive 8–12 active roles simultaneously across technical, commercial, and business functions.
- Build and maintain high-quality candidate pipelines, with a strong focus on sourcing passive talent.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define role scope, success criteria, and hiring strategy.
- Run structured hiring processes from intake through to offer, ensuring clarity and alignment at every stage.
- Drive proactive communication with stakeholders, anticipating needs and keeping momentum high.
- Deliver a strong candidate experience while maintaining a high and consistent hiring bar.

What You'll Need
- Proven experience as a full-cycle recruiter in a global SaaS or technology company.
- Comfort hiring across both technical and business roles.
- Strong sourcing capability—you know how to identify, engage, and convert passive candidates.
- Confidence in assessing talent and contributing to high-quality hiring decisions.
- Strong stakeholder management—you bring structure, clarity, and momentum.
- High ownership and autonomy—you’re comfortable operating at speed with limited direction.
