Talent Acquisition Specialist – FMCG
London | Hybrid Working
I’m partnering with a leading, multi-billion-pound FMCG organisation to appoint a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its London-based Talent team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced recruiter who enjoys owning roles end-to-end, partnering closely with hiring managers and taking a genuinely proactive approach to finding great talent.
Working within a fast-paced, evolving consumer business, you’ll recruit across a broad range of functions and levels, giving you plenty of variety and exposure across the organisation.
The opportunity
You’ll take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle, including:
- Partnering with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide advice on the external talent market
- Managing vacancies from initial briefing through to offer and onboarding
- Proactively sourcing and headhunting talent through LinkedIn and other channels
- Building strong pipelines for current and future hiring requirements
- Screening and interviewing candidates, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience throughout
- Managing multiple vacancies and priorities within a fast-moving environment
- Working closely with the wider People and Talent team to support broader recruitment initiatives
- Using recruitment data and market insight to help inform hiring decisions
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business

About you
We’re looking for someone who is:
- An experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist, Talent Partner or In-house Recruiter
- Experienced within FMCG, consumer, retail or another fast-paced commercial environment
- Confident managing the full recruitment lifecycle
- Strong in direct sourcing and proactive candidate engagement
- Comfortable recruiting across multiple functions and disciplines
- Commercial, organised and able to manage competing priorities
- A natural relationship builder who can confidently partner with stakeholders at different levels
- Passionate about delivering a great candidate and hiring manager experience
