Talent Acquisition Specialist
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist based in United Kingdom.
This role offers the opportunity to help build high-performing teams at the forefront of AI and emerging technologies.
You will lead end-to-end recruitment for technical and business roles, partnering closely with hiring managers to attract exceptional talent across international markets.
Working in a remote-first environment, you will shape recruitment strategies, enhance candidate experiences, and strengthen employer branding initiatives.
Your work will directly support the growth of teams developing innovative AI, cloud, and machine learning solutions with global impact.
The position combines strategic talent acquisition, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous process improvement within a fast-paced and highly autonomous culture.

Accountabilities:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle while helping develop scalable hiring strategies for a growing international organization. You will collaborate with hiring managers, enhance recruitment processes, and ensure an outstanding experience for candidates throughout every stage of the hiring journey.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including role intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding handover.
- Recruit for technical and business roles across AI, machine learning, software engineering, cloud, DevOps, data, sales, marketing, partnerships, and other business functions.
- Conduct structured interviews to assess candidates' technical capabilities, experience, motivation, and cultural alignment.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define hiring needs, create recruitment strategies, and support informed hiring decisions.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines across European and Latin American markets for current and future hiring needs.
- Develop sourcing initiatives, employer branding activities, and recruitment campaigns to attract high-quality candidates.
- Monitor recruitment performance using data, KPIs, and hiring metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Improve recruitment workflows, interview processes, assessment methods, documentation, and the use of recruitment technologies.
- Promote a transparent, engaging, and positive candidate experience while strengthening the employer brand.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate is an experienced technical recruiter with a strong understanding of international hiring markets and a passion for emerging technologies. You should combine excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to recruit for highly specialized technical roles in a fast-moving remote environment.
- At least 4 years of experience recruiting technical professionals within AI, machine learning, software engineering, cloud, data, DevOps, or technology consulting.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple functions and seniority levels.
- Experience hiring roles such as AI/ML Engineers, Generative AI Engineers, MLOps Engineers, Data Engineers, Cloud Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Software Engineers, or Solutions Architects.
- Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, sourcing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience recruiting across European and Latin American talent markets.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical hiring managers and understand complex engineering and AI-related roles.
- Interest in or familiarity with Generative AI, cloud technologies, and modern AI ecosystems.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools; familiarity with Greenhouse is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruitment metrics and optimize hiring performance.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Ability to work effectively across multiple time zones in a fully remote environment.
