Talent Acquisition Team Lead – East Europe
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Team Lead – East Europe to lead TA delivery across Romania, Türkiye, Serbia, Cyprus and the Balkans, while managing and developing a high-performing team of Talent Acquisition Specialists.
This is a hands-on player-coach role. You will lead a team of 4–6 TA professionals while personally managing a portfolio of roles and delivering end-to-end recruitment for business-critical talent.
What you’ll do
- Lead, coach and develop a regional Talent Acquisition team, driving performance, capability and accountability.
- Partner with senior business leaders, Hiring Managers and HR — including stakeholders up to C-level — to translate business needs into effective talent strategies.
- Own end-to-end recruitment across your portfolio, from sourcing and assessment through to offer and hire.
- Build talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles using innovative sourcing strategies and market intelligence.
- Act as a trusted talent advisor, providing insight on talent availability, competitor activity, compensation and market trends.
- Champion an exceptional, inclusive candidate and Hiring Manager experience.
- Drive continuous improvement across recruitment processes, technology, Employer Branding, sourcing and inclusive hiring.
- Collaborate with the wider European Talent Acquisition CoE to share best practice and shape the future of TA.

What you’ll bring
- 10–15 years’ Talent Acquisition experience in complex, fast-paced international organisations, including team leadership experience.
- Strong hands-on recruitment expertise combined with proven people leadership capability.
- Experience across Türkiye and Eastern/South-Eastern European talent markets.
- A track record of building trusted relationships and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Strong expertise in direct sourcing, talent pipelining and engaging passive talent.
- A data-driven, commercially minded approach to recruitment and workforce needs.
- Confidence with ATS platforms, recruitment technology and the responsible use of AI-enabled tools.
- Strong understanding of recruitment compliance and inclusive hiring practices.
- Fluent English and Turkish; additional European languages are an advantage.
- A collaborative, adaptable and solutions-focused mindset.
