We are seeking an experienced and detail-orientated recruiting leader to work closely with our Talent Acquisition Partners and business leaders to proactively secure the best talent for Siemens Energy. This role will suit individuals who enjoy leading and developing a high-performing recruitment team while driving operational excellence and fostering teamwork to achieve hiring goals. In addition to overseeing day-to-day recruitment delivery, you will be motivated by implementing new initiatives, driving process improvements, and supporting continuous enhancement of our Talent Acquisition function. Working directly for the Global Head of Talent Acquisition in Transformation of Industry, you’ll be responsible for TA strategy and delivery within your assigned region, acting as the key point person for all Transformation of Industry business projects in Europe. A strong connection with our TA Centre of Competence will be key to success, collaborating on talent attraction needs, sourcing strategies, analytics, and upskilling opportunities for your team.
How You’ll Make An Impact
- Lead and mentor a team of 7 recruiters across multiple countries, ensuring engagement, professional growth, and positioning them as trusted talent advisors.
- Ensure TA strategy and delivery, aligning global standards with local and regional needs to enable business success.
- Responsibility for Executive hiring in Europe.
- Maintain a deep understanding of labour market trends, competitors, and recruiting intelligence to inform hiring approaches.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners, ensuring regular touchpoints to gather feedback and align on hiring needs.
- Drive transformation within the region — introducing initiatives, process improvements, and change management strategies to elevate TA performance.
- Balance hiring needs across countries by optimising in-house capability and leveraging our global RPO partnership.
- Use data insights to guide decisions, improve performance, and encourage adoption of tools and technology.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador, promoting Siemens Energy and Transformation of Industry as an employer of choice.

What You Bring
- Proven experience managing a team, ideally across multiple geographies.
- Detail-orientated and skilled in implementing initiatives and driving process improvements.
- Self-starter with the ability to work proactively and independently.
- Talent acquisition expertise, ideally in a global, matrixed environment.
- Ability to translate workforce strategy into actionable hiring plans.
- Experience delivering senior and leadership hiring solutions.
- Comfort navigating corporate dynamics, influencing stakeholders, and balancing competing interests.
- (Preferred, though not required) German language skills — plus strong knowledge of German labour law and business culture.
- Data-driven mindset — using analytics as a foundation for insights and decision-making.
- Open to change and an agent of transformation — embracing new technologies and approaches.
- Strong communication skills across multiple channels to inspire engagement and positive change.
