The Talent Acquisition Team

The Talent Acquisition team partners closely with Technology, Trading, and Business leaders to deliver exceptional hiring outcomes in highly competitive markets. We combine deep market knowledge with a proactive, data-driven approach, ensuring QRT attracts and secures world-class talent. Beyond day-to-day recruitment, the team also supports strategic initiatives such as global office build-outs and continuous improvement of our hiring tools and processes.

  • Partner with Technology leadership to develop hiring strategies aligned to business priorities and long-term growth plans.
  • Act as an advisor to hiring managers, providing market intelligence, talent insights, and guidance on hiring strategy, compensation, and candidate alignment.
  • Lead recruitment initiatives across a range of technology functions, ensuring an efficient, consistent and high-quality hiring process.
  • Analyse recruitment metrics to identify trends, improve hiring performance, and influence decision-making through data.
  • Drive continuous optimisation of Talent Acquisition processes, interview frameworks, assessment methodologies, and candidate experience.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and future hiring needs using market mapping, networking, and proactive sourcing techniques.

Your Present Skillset

  • 4+ years' experience recruiting for technology roles, ideally within quantitative finance, financial services, or other highly competitive technical environments.
  • Experience partnering with senior stakeholders to develop tailored hiring strategies.
  • Demonstrable experience using recruitment data and market intelligence to influence hiring decisions and improve outcomes.
  • A track record of identifying and implementing process improvements that enhance recruitment effectiveness and candidate experience.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing methodologies, talent mapping, and building long-term pipelines for niche technical skillsets.
  • Experience working with ATS platforms (such as Greenhouse) and recruitment platforms including LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organisation.
